The apartment is on the second floor and access to secure underground parking can be gained via the lift.
The lounge leads onto a large south west facing terrace that has the sun for most of the day and has golf and sea views. The lounge / dining room has two settees, one of which will convert into a sofa bed. The furniture is made from high quality hardwood and includes a dining table with ample seating for six. There is also a T.V and CD/radio- cassette player.
Kitchen area has granite worktops, fully fitted and equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, extractor. Washing machine preinstalled in second bathroom.

Miraflores Golf Course is both beautiful and challenging, especially for those who enjoy their golf with elevated greens and water.
Miraflores is one of the Costa del Sol's top leisure and resort developments. Located in the hills above Mijas Costa it offers breathtaking views of the countryside down to the sea. The golf course has a number of elevated greens which require some tough walking so a buggy is often a good idea. The 18th green is tricky with severe slopes. Watch out for the 15th hole, where water forms a moat around the green.

Activity Fuengirola has an aquapark. Tivoli world is a large amusement
park open in the evenings in Benalmadena (25 minutes away). Water-sports, go-karting and trampolining are available at 'Funny Beach' near Marbella. African Safari, Sea-world and other adventures are within 30 minutes drive. The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is approximately 2 hours away, allowing for a full day's skiing. The season is from late November to April.
